How to Use the program
#politics is a moderated channel. This means the bot must give you voice before you can talk in the channel.  It will take 30 seconds for the bot to "voice" you.  You can then participate.

Along the right there will be a column listing the channel users (Userlist).  Those in Green are channel operators, those in yellow are "voiced" guests.

Along the bottom is a long box where you type your posts, and  "enter".

Right above the Userlist you will see some symbols ..

Question Mark:  Click on the "?" and a "Help Button" will appear to
the left.  Click on the button to get Help.
      Hammer
Click on the "Hammer" and an "Options Button" will appear
to the left.  Click on the button to see the Options.

X:  This will close the window you are in.

You can move around by just clicking the buttons.  There will also be a button for #politics, and one for the Status window.
