World Time .. What time is it in ???

Ireland:  See London
Germany, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switz:  See Paris

If the Java applet did not come up, here are some possible causes:

1) Your browser may be too old.  You need  Netscape4.2, and IE4.0 or above   To determine your Browser version, click on HELP and then ABOUT.  It should give you your version number.

2)  You need to enable Java in your browser. Here is how:
Netscape: Select Options;  Network Preferences;  Languages;  Enable Java.
MSIE:   Select Tools ... Internet Options ... Security ... Custom Level .. Enable Java Programs

3) You may be dealing with a Firewall or some sort of Encryption device at your end, which will not permit this to work.
